Shipping policy

We ship across Canada and to the United States. Every piece in our archive is already here in Canada and ships from Toronto. Canadian orders have no customs fees, duties, or brokerage charges. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Transit
We ship with a tracked national carrier. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your province. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

Tracking
Every order ships fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Signature on delivery
Orders over $200 require a signature at delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for pickup or attempt redelivery. This protects both of us — our pieces are one-of-one and can't be replaced.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's in transit, and we aren't able to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at contact@shopnextinline.com within 48 hours of the last tracking event or delivery. We'll open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. Carrier claims can take up to 30 days to process.

Delivered but missing
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel isn't there, contact us within 48 hours. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier, but we aren't able to guarantee a refund or replacement on parcels confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Service disruptions
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and labour disruptions are outside our control. If your order is affected, we'll keep you updated.

United States orders
Duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. US orders ship with our cross-border partner and use their carriers and rates.
